How to Cook

Thaw in the refrigerator and clean well. For a classic braise, simmer gently in a soy-based sauce over low heat so the meat takes on the flavour, then plate with baby bok choy. Added to soup, keep the heat low - a long hard boil is what makes it rubbery. Steamed, give it a moderate time and finish with a garlic-soy dip.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18 C or below. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking and never refreeze after full thawing. Keep the pack tightly sealed.
