How to Cook
Thaw in the refrigerator first. Thread them onto skewers, season and grill until the surface picks up a little char, or toss them through a spicy stir-fry with vegetables. In hot pot, blanch briefly in the broth - a long cook is what turns them rubbery. They also deep-fry well for a crisp starter, or braise in a savoury sauce.
Storage
Keep frozen at -18 C or below. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking and never refreeze after complete thawing. Keep the pack sealed.
